April 11, 2024 – One of Featherlite’s latest additions to its horse trailer product lineup is the Model 9400 slant load bumper pull horse trailer that offers extra features and value to horse owners.
The Model 9400 is part of the 9000 Series that was recently introduced at Featherlite. With the 9000 Series, Featherlite has revamped the specifications on its existing lineup of trailers to include an expanded number of standard features, many of which were previously optional.
In addition, from a design standpoint, all 9000 Series models feature unload doors, drop down feed doors and camper doors that are now square cornered. Featherlite’s new rivetless side sheet design and aluminum bottom ‘wave’ side panels are also now standard on the trailer’s exterior.
“In addition to offering more standard features, we believe horse owners will value the redesigned exterior of our horse trailers, featuring a sleek and smooth appearance,” Brad Alden, Featherlite Director of Dealer Sales, said.
The Model 9400 horse trailer is available in 2H, 3H and 4H floorplans with dressing room short wall options of 4”, 24” or 48”. The 9400 includes larger stalls and double rear doors with stainless double pipe hardware as standards.
Other new standard features on the Featherlite Model 9400 include:
• Rear load light is now standard.
• Extra tie rings are standard. All horse trailers come with one exterior tie ring per horse per side.
• Air Flo dividers that provide more airflow through the horse area are now standard.
• A matching spare tire and rim are standard.
• Interior LED lights are now brighter and larger.
• Aluminum halter hooks are standard.
• Rear tack has been enhanced with turf behind the haler hooks and white lining on the horse area side.
